We bake
software.
Bug Bakery is a software engineering studio shipping web, mobile, desktop, and AI products for founders, teams, and ambitious solo builders. Fresh code, fewer bugs — the way it should be served.

Code is the
recipe.
Bug Bakery is a software engineering shop run on the principle that great products are baked, not slapped together. We treat every project as a fresh batch — measured, tested, and shipped with care.
We work with founders, agencies, and product teams across web, mobile, desktop, and AI — turning rough ideas into production software your users actually love.

Software that
ships and stays shipped.
Seven disciplines,
one bakery.
Web Development
Marketing sites, dashboards, and SaaS platforms built on modern stacks — React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, and the rest.
- React
- Next.js
- TypeScript
Mobile Apps
Native and cross-platform apps that ship to the App Store and Play Store — built once, polished everywhere.
- iOS
- Android
- React Native
Desktop Software
Cross-platform desktop apps for Mac, Windows, and Linux — from utilities to full creative suites.
- Electron
- Tauri

AI & LLM Apps
Custom AI-powered features inside your product — agents, automations, and LLM integrations with the prompts, evals, and guardrails to ship.
- LLMs
- Agents
- Evals
RAG & AI Chatbots
Customer-support bots, doc Q&A, and knowledge bases trained on your data. Vector search, retrieval pipelines, and a UI that actually feels good to talk to.
- RAG
- Chatbots
- Vector DBs
Backend & APIs
REST and GraphQL APIs, real-time systems, queues, and the cloud infra that keeps them online at 3am.
- Node
- Python
- Postgres
Bug Squashing
Inherited a codebase with bugs nobody can fix? We hunt them down, patch them clean, and leave a runbook behind.
- Audits
- Refactors
- Tests
A recipe that
always rises.
01
Week 1
Scope
We dig into the problem before we touch a keyboard. What are you actually trying to ship? Who is it for? What does done look like? You leave week one with a fixed scope, fixed price, and a real timeline.
02
Week 2–6
Bake
Engineering happens in the open. Weekly demos, a staging URL from day one, and a Slack channel where you watch the product rise. No 4-week black boxes.
03
Week 6–8
Test
We hunt every bug we can find — automated tests, manual QA, real-device runs, and a polish pass on every interaction. Nothing ships half-baked.
04
Ongoing
Ship
Launch is the start. We monitor, patch, and iterate. You get a runbook your team can extend without us in the room — but we stick around when you want us to.
Notes from
the kitchen.
Tactical engineering writing on the stacks we ship in — React, React Native, Tauri, LLMs, and the unsexy infrastructure that makes software actually work.
Let's bake
something.
Tell us about the project. We reply within one business day, and we'll never push you onto a discovery call until we know what we're talking about.

Most projects run 4–10 weeks from scoping to launch. We ship in weekly increments so you watch the product rise — no 4-week black boxes.
Yes. About half our work is with seed-to-Series-A founders. We adapt the process to the stage — lighter on ceremony, heavier on shipping.
Fixed-fee per phase, billed monthly. You get a clear scope and a clear number up front. No hourly surprises, no scope creep invoices.
Web: React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, Svelte. Mobile: React Native, Swift, Kotlin. Desktop: Tauri, Electron. AI: Python, OpenAI, Anthropic, vector DBs. Backend: Node, .NET, Python, Postgres, Redis.
Absolutely — that's the Bug Squashing service. We audit, refactor, and patch inherited code, and leave a runbook your team can extend.
